Anonymous – According to King Arthur Flour they don't need to be refrigerated because something in the sugar helps preserve the cream cheese or somehting like that…but I always refrigerate them just to be on the safe side 🙂

Okay, yum! Normally I'll pass up the citrus for something chocolate in a cookie, but these look awesome. I think it's the fact that they're chewy. I love chewy cookies.
