I’m in the middle of writing my dissertation and pulled an all nighter last night. I made these with dinner so I’d have something to much on. I have to tell you that I LOVED them! The recipe is really wonderful and you really taste the apple flavor. They’re also not too sweet. My husband hates those muffins that have so much stuff in them they taste like cupcakes! He loved these and so did If anyone has any reservations, don’t! They’re wonderful and now gone thanks to studying, my husband and our little ones. 
