I've definitely never had a parsnip before! Same goes for turnips. That said, I'm sure I'd love this!

Great recipe, and beautiful pictures. I make a similar soup, but I roast all the veggies instead of sauteing them. I love the aromas it creates in my house, and I think it brings out the sweetness of those root vegetables.
