That looks really light and fluffy. I have a friend who doesn't like pumpkin pie because of the texture. And the crust gets all soggy sometimes. I'll have to make this for her. Thanks for sharing

It's also the texture of pumpkin pie that makes me not care for it. I think I'm making a pumpkin cream pie for T-Day this year, which would be somewhat similar to this. 🙂
