I’m making a plethora of cookies this year and am running out of freezer space for already baked cookies. Was hoping I could mix up the dough and bake later. Thoughts?

In reponse to your question – the cookie dough truffles are great, but really much better if they are served cold. If that's an option, I'd go with those. But the peppermint meltaways have been a big hit as well. They are more like russian tea cakes (snowballs) than sugar cookies. Kind of crumbly and melt in your mouth. I like them both! 🙂
