I never did freeze it and it went bad. I'm so lazy. But next time I buy iy, I can assure you I will freeze it and not waste it. The meatballs look dang good girl!

There are days when I marvel at the fact that I have nothing in the refrigerator to give my kids for lunch, yet I've got lots of homemade butter…or whatever else I happen to be doing for the blog!

It also made me think that sometimes we (and be we I mean I!) sometimes overplan and over-complicate dinner. It's okay to rely on the simple things sometimes! When I make cheesy scrambled eggs and he raves and moans more than the dinner that took me 2 hours the night before, I think that I probably can lay off the slaving in the kitchen just a little bit sometimes. 🙂

My mom, who lives with us, saw it in the freezer. She thought she was having flashbacks to breastfeeding days with the frozen milk!!! We had a great laugh about that!!!
