Do you put them in the fridge after you make them or can they stay out and just covered? I have a cookie exchange I want to take them to but probably need to make them the day before. Thanks!

To make these be non-dairy, could I substitute soy milk or almond milk? Is there a preferred substitute to maintain consistency?

Sorry for the slow reply – I got way behind while on vacation. But I find the candy melts at Meijer (similar to wal mart) or Michael’s. Good luck! 🙂

We used these in goodie boxes for teachers/co-workers in December..and I might have stashed a few in the fridge for myself 🙂
