Yes, try this Rosemary Olive Oil Potato Bread! I’m pretty sure that’s what the bread in the picture is, but that panini is from last summer so I can’t remember for sure. 🙂 You can leave the rosemary out of the bread, or sub in a different herb if it doesn’t fit with the paninis you have planned. Let me know if you try it! 🙂

It’s definitely an interesting green to work with, since it has such a strong flavor. I loved it sauteed with garlic and olive oil with a fried egg and Pecorino Romano on top, yum!
