If I make this pie the day before I want to serve it, will the crust get soggy in the refrigerator? Have you refrigerated this pie before?

This looks AMAZING! I’m so in love with chocolate, it’s crazy, so I just know that someday I have to make this. I feel like I can already taste it; it looks that good!
P.S. I can just imagine trying to beat a custard while doing leg squats. That’s hilarious. 🙂
P.P.S. Good for you for taking a slice out of the cake for photographs. I always want to do that when I make cake to take somewhere!

This was my favorite pie growing up. No one in the family liked chocolate quite the way I did and I always had to fight with the apple pie lovers over which pie we would get. Lovely!
