BUT I LOVED THEM. My post about them (and links to your blog) will be posted this week 🙂 <3

Check out how mine came out here: http://cannella-vita.blogspot.com/2013/01/creamsicle-cupcakes.html

P.S. Orange Creamsicles are my all time favorite ice cream!

My 91 year old godfather loves chocolate and orange combinations, so I’m going to try making the cupcake part of this recipe, then frost it with a thin layer of real fudge homemade icing next time I go to visit him. I will let you know how it turns out. Thank you for the recipe. There are so many good things here I want to try. God bless!

I used 8″ pans and baked them in a convection oven for about 25 minutes.

I used the Duncan Hines Classic White cake mix and the only cheesecake Jell-o pudding I could find was sugar free and fat free. The batter this creates is pretty stiff…I had to tap the pans on the counter to level them off…but it turned out wonderful! Just like a Dreamsicle!!

Unfortunately I can’t remember – I’m guessing I just used whatever was on sale. I’m guessing it will be fine no matter which mix you use – I hope you like them 🙂

Did you use a mix that says it already contains pudding or one without?

I’m not sure, I found it at Meijer, but that doesn’t really help you out. I’m guessing you could use vanilla and it would be fine 🙂 Let me know how it turns out!
