I would use it for veggies. Take a ton of them, pile them on your silpat, add EVOO and red wine vinegar and bake. YUM!

Nonstick surfaces are so great for getting the cookies off the sheet — never thought about using a Silpat (or lookalike) for rolling dough but it’s brilliant! Now I have to try it!

I’ve heard so much about these but haven’t had the plessure of using one yet! I would love to use it for all my baking needs, which lets me honest, is mostly sweets like oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!
