I made this cheesy cauliflower soup yesterday. My husband and I love it! I even bought the pretzel goldfish. Yum! I topped mine off with sour cream. I did not have Worcestershire sauce so I added some honey-mustard instead. This recipe was delicious!!! Thanks for another good recipe.

In reply to Dena. Yes, definitely! Instead of doing the first step in the crockpot, just simmer everything on the stove until the vegetables are tender. Then puree and continue with the recipe.

I tried this recipe on the weekend and it was DELICIOUS! It is now on my list of go-to-soup-recipes and may even replace my Butternut-Pear as a favourite.

Miss Megan! How did you know I eat pretzel fishies with my soup? We must be twins. And any kind of soup with cheese as the base has my name written ALL over it. this is a must make this chilly winter season!! the added veggies hiding in there? what a bonus!
