Hi, Megan. I just made this recipe, and posted it on my blog. The major difference for me was that I used a barbecue sauce and just changed some of the quantities of the ingredients a bit. It was very simple, and really delicious!

I need a pulled pork recipe, and this looks like the one for me. I love pulled pork, also, but I’ve never made it, believe it or not. I have no idea why! I’ll let you know how it turns out!

haha, i swear we’re like on each other’s wavelength’s. first you posted pepperoni pizza dip, then i did, and now these pulled pork sandwiches. i have mine going up tomorrow – i just finished writing it. yours looks and sounds REALLY good!! i love that lime ginger mayo you’ve got going on!
