Made this for our Canadian Thanksgiving and it was delicious. Everyone raved about it. I did serve it with a butter type caramel sauce, some with ice cream, some without. Thanks Meghan for such a great recipe. I’ll make it again and again.

I made this today for a work lunch and it was DELICIOUS! Used honey crisp apples and it was perfect with a scoop of ice ream on top. Thanks for the recipe! 🙂

In reply to Pam. I prefer the more tart apples for baking - granny smith is always good. But really, I tend to just use whatever is one sale. I think I used fuji for this and it tasted great.
