Oh me, Oh my, what delicious bread. I did not drizzle the icing, I globbed it on very thick…WOW!! The whole family raved about it and wants me to make another one..OK THANKS

I noticed the lemon zest also. However, I am not a fan of orange and cranberry so I was going to switch out the orange for lemon anyway. I’ll let you know how it works.

Oh my goodness! I am so glad I came across this on the site today! I made it last year and it was a big hit. I thought I had written the recipe down….but when I looked for it last week I couldn’t find it. I could not remember where I got the recipe from ! 🙁 totally made my day!

I made this today..but like a dweeb I forgot the cranberries. Today is Christmas, everything was closed. All I had was crushed pineapple so I used that. It’s wet so I figured I should use half of the amount it said for cranberries. My family loved it. Note,I know it’s bread bit I felt it was a bit dry. Have to tweak it. I had fun making it. Very easy.
