]]>Yes, you totally can! Your best bet on the stove is a double boiler. If you don’t have one, use a saucepan with water in it, and place a bowl on top of that to melt the chocolate in. (google make a double boiler for better instructions. )Or you can melt it in an oven safe bowl in the oven on the warm setting, stirring frequently.
