I always use unsalted unless the recipe specifically states otherwise. But it shouldn’t matter too much either way. 🙂

1) The cookie part is definitely like a cookie, just a really soft and chewy cookie. 🙂
2) I’d say it makes around 30 – it all depends on how big your make your cookies.
